DONE: Default new tables to "System"

Question

It would be best if dbFront would default new tables to "System" and therefore hide them rather then making them main tables.

This should only apply after the connection has been established.

This would allow a DBA to setup and prepare a table without users immediately being able to see it.

This functionality was introduced in dbFront 1.0.8.3957

We added configurable defaults for the following:

• New Databases [Visible (default), Hidden]
• New Tables [Main (default), Child, Lookup, System]
• New Fields [Hidden (default), AppendToForm]
