DONE: Collapsable Layout Groups

Question

It would be great to give a user ability to collapse layout groups.
1. It will help greatly to work with large forms. At least, you wouldn't have to scroll it up and down.
2. As dbfront provides only one form per table, user can hide fields which he is not interested in.

As of version 1.0.11.0389, dbFront allows field groups to be collapsable AND! to have conditional visibility.

I have seen some pretty impressive forms and being able to collapse areas would definitely help tame them.

Field Groups can now be setup as ["Always Open", "Start Open", or "Start Closed"].
