DONE: Allow use of Profile Fields values in the Page Header

It would be great if we could add additional data from the user profile table to the Page Header.

This would allow for enhanced customization, especially if view field values could be used.

dbFront 1.1.2.214 now allows you to add Profile Fields to the Site Header.

The field expressions are inserted directly into the SiteHeaderHtml. The field expressions are formatted as follows: {profile[fieldname]}
