DONE: Ability to dismiss Administrative alerts and warnings

My dbFront setup continues to display the following alert.

Email Setup required in order to allow dbFront to send email alerts.

It would be great if we could dismiss these and other similar alerts.

dbFront version 1.2.1.0737 now allows you to discard the curent site message.

You can switch to the System Monitor screen to view the discarded message.
