Theme switcher for one database

It looks like if there's no theme set in the global server settings, a theme switcher shows in the footer.
Is there any way to enable the switcher for a single database connection? Setting the database's theme to None doesn't seem to do it.

I will add this to the nice to have bucket. It is simple enough that I can sneak it in if I remember to look.
