Add caption to active number/date search field widgets

Currently when activating an Advanced Search field that is text or boolean, the field caption is displayed in the Advanced Search bar along with the filter values.

However this does not appear to be the case for date or numeric fields, where only the filter value is shown. This can get confusing, especially if filtering on multiple fields.
It would be nice for the caption to show for all field types.
