Support LDAP Authentication

I'm running dbFront on a non-Domain server with access to an LDAP server via URI. Please add support for authenticating users via LDAP. We should be able to allow all authenticated users read-only access, and only require db/windows/ad accounts for admin/write access.

Thank you for this request. Based on my research building this functionality should be quite reasonable. If I get more requests or funding then I will definitely pursue it.
