A progress indicator when initially loading a table

Question

As you are paging through records, you have a "Processing..." banner that pops up while the next page is trying to load.  It would be nice if the same banner popped up when you first open a table as well.  I'm incorporating tables with views and lots of records, and sometimes there is a noticeable delay before the first page loads.

dbFront 1.2.1.1094, will automatically display a loading dialog whenever it is loading or reloading the table contents on search or record selection. The dialog will appear after .5 seconds and disappear when the load is complete.
