Bootstrap Theme Support

Question

The jQueryUI themes included with dbFront are starting to look a bit old. It also looks like jQueryUI is no longer under active development.

It would be great if dbFront could support Bootstrap themes.

I had great hopes for jQueryUI but it definitely looks like I bet on the wrong horse. jQueryUI is still very viable but it looks like it will be necessary to migrate to Bootstrap.

One of the largest benefits of jQueryUI was the ThemeRoller which made it trivial for clients to custom create their own themes.
