Include MySQL/MariaDB connector with dbFront install

+1 vote

Currently the dbFront install requires me to find the correct connector on the Oracle/MySQL site but the MySQL site keeps changing.

In addition the 8.0 connector install is very messy.

dbFront 1.4.0.0186 now includes the MySqlConnector so a separate install of the Oracle provided MySQL Connector is no longer required. This significantly simplifes the dbFront install.

In addition, this connector also provides stated support for: MySQL Server, MariaDB, Amazon Aurora, Azure Database for MySQL, Google Cloud SQL for MySQL, Percona Server and more.

Combined with improvements to the SSH tunneling support, this should make it much easier to access your MySQL data.
