Is there a way to combine rows that are duplicated into a single entry?

I have a query which is converted into a table. This table now contains duplicate entry's on certain columns while other columns contain unique values in a row.
Please see these 2 pictures (circled items are duplicates)

I don't like the way this is presented... Is there a way to combine rows that are duplicated into a single entry... Something like this?

The presentation looks very interesting but dbFront does not have that ability, either on the table view or the reporting side... It is possible to build the raw HTML within a stored procedure but that would be a fair bit of work.
