Paste multiple items in Advanced Search

When using advanced search on a field with a lookup, I see multiple items can be selected, like so:

If I already have a list of items I want to search/mass update, can I paste them straight in to the box, instead of having to type each one in? I tried tab and comma delimited lists, neither worked.

Possibly related: Can multiple search terms be entered in a field without a lookup dropdown?

You can do this using Full-Text Search: Specify a comma separated list when searching.
