Thank you for persisting. License emails should arrive within a few minutes.
We do our best to ensure the delivery of the license keys, but a few license emails still end up in the spam folder and some are blocked completely. If you don't receive your license email then a good place to look is in the SPAM folder.
If you still have not received your license email then you can try the following options:
- Send the license to a different email address at a different server,
- Contact us via the website chat that should be active during our normal hours (7am - 5pm MST)
- Send an email to [email protected]
