Remove "Import Data" checkbox from the Database Import dialog

Question

The ability to hide/remove the Import Data checkbox on the Database Import page.
Our use case never needs that box to be checked. It is actually a security and safety issue for us if someone were to click that box on accident and import.

As of dbFront 1.2.2.2792, dbFront allows you to optionally disable the Backup and Importing of data when exporting and importing configuration.
