Import directly from an Excel speadsheet

Currently the import process only allows CSV files. It would be great if XLSX files would also be supported.

dbFront 1.1.2.214 now allows direct import from Excel (xlsx) files.

dbFront will look in the first worksheet and scan for the range of cells used. The first row must contain the column names.

An easy way to use or test out the functionality is to use the Quick Print / Export functionality to export a section of the table to an Excel file, edit the Excel file and then reimport it.
