DONE: Allow table help to pull from a custom network Wiki

We maintain our user help in a local network Wiki. We don't want to duplicate that help within dbFront and would prefer if dbFront would allow us to simply link directly to our Wiki.

dbFront 1.1.2.214 now allows you to specify a URL that dbFront will load into the sidebar help for a table.

The field for the URL is found in the table preferences on the User Help tab. For more details see: Table Help
