Show Field Preferences gear in table headers

Question

One for the "not really needed but nice to have" pile - Render a Field Preferences gear in the table column headers, in addition to the form fields. Currently, changing settings on a table-only field requires you to add it back to the form, change settings, then remove from form.

I agree that I need to make this better.  At the same time, the Admin UI is starting to look quite cluttered and I am not sure I want to add to the clutter.  I was thinking of some other way to give admins the ability to change the properties of all fields.

As of dbFront 1.4.0.0186 you can view and edit the properties of any field from within the table properties.

All of the fields are now listed and editable from a [Fields] tab in the table properties.
