Screen refreshing on save

I have a table that is triggering a full screen/browser refresh whenever a row is inserted or saved, with a popup "Row Saved" dialog. This does not appear to be happening on any other table on this database connection - normally it just refreshes the table and form with a Row Saved notification in the top right of the form.
What might cause this different behavior?

Added to my Queue. It is caused by a Many 2 Many field.
