The most likely issue is that the Print Spooler has been stopped on the server running the dbFront Service.
When printing or loading up the settings dialog, dbFront will check the printer settings on the server so that it knows what printing options it can provide.
The solution is to restart the Print Spooler and ensure that it is set to automatically start when the server is restarted. Only Server Administrators are allowed to restart the Spooler unless specific exceptions have been made.
Allow standard users to restart (stop/start) the Print Spooler
If you can't restart the Spooler, then you would need to restart the server.
