How can I hide the Help and Feedback?

I would like to hide the help and the smiley face feedback icon from my users?

The instructions for configuring the User Help including the Feedback Icon can be found at Help Setup.

It should be noted that you can't completely remove the help but you can redirect it to a local page of your choice.
