Installing dbFront on Windows 11 Home
This video covers a full install of dbFront on Windows 11 Home from download to login. An important difference between this install and a standard install is the need to compensate for the User Manager that Microsoft removed from the Home version of Windows 11.
This is important because dbFront does not support sign-ins from Microsoft personal/consumer accounts. dbFront is able to support: Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, SAML Single Sign-on and local Windows User accounts.
The opensource User Manager is installed from GitHub (https://github.com/proviq/AccountManagement). The current version is lusrmgr v1.6.3
