Button Groups

Once you have made your button/s you can select or create a new group on the Main tab of the button properties. You can open the button properties by either clicking on the gear icon beside your new button/s or editing them from the Action Buttons tab on the Form gear icon.

dbFront also gives you the ability to hide the group labels or display them. If you have created a group-label and it's not showing up then it is probably hidden. To change that click on the gear icon at the top of the Form. Click on the Layout button, at the bottom of the page you will find the Form Buttons box. Click on the drop-down for Group Lables the options are, 'Display Custom' and 'Hidden'. The ability to group buttons only applies to custom buttons, not report buttons.
